All Freedom Air Services flights are operated by Tranz-It Aviation LLC, FAA Certificate # CFKA799C dba Freedom Air Services. Any subcontracted flights shall be operated under the operational control of the FAA-certificated air carrier disclosed to the Customer in advance of the flight.
