Joe Chaulklin, CEO of Freedom Air Services, has taken an unconventional path to aviation. He served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps within the aviation wing, which sparked his passion for flying, even though he didn’t get to fly himself. After leaving the military, he transitioned into construction and property development, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience. Throughout it all, aviation remained at the forefront of his mind, and he knew it would become a central part of his future.
The idea for Freedom Air Services was born out of a personal challenge. His wife, a frequent traveler for work, grew frustrated with the inefficiencies of commercial air travel. Recognizing that time was their most valuable asset, he sought a better, more reliable way to travel. Joe built the company with the mission of helping people save time, stay safe, and enjoy the freedom of personalized air travel. Today, he is proud of what they’ve created and remains committed to offering an experience that prioritizes convenience, safety, and enjoyment for every client.

As Owner & CEO of a company specializing in high-quality PCBA boards for innovative industries, she understands the critical intersection of finance, operations, and technology.
Prior to joining Freedom Air, Beth served as a CFO, where she played a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, optimizing growth opportunities, and applying critical thinking to complex business challenges. At Freedom Air, Beth is focused on leveraging financial insights to fuel innovation, enhance profitability, and support the company’s continued expansion in a competitive marketplace.

Though she began her career outside the aviation industry, her time at Freedom Air has sparked a deep appreciation and growing expertise in the field. A proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Alyssa holds a degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems, Human Resources, and Business Analytics. This unique combination of skills brings a valuable perspective to the team—balancing people, data, and operations to help move the company forward.
