Joe Chaulklin, CEO of Freedom Air Services, has taken an unconventional path to aviation. He served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps within the aviation wing, which sparked his passion for flying, even though he didn’t get to fly himself. After leaving the military, he transitioned into construction and property development, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience. Throughout it all, aviation remained at the forefront of his mind, and he knew it would become a central part of his future.
The idea for Freedom Air Services was born out of a personal challenge. His wife, a frequent traveler for work, grew frustrated with the inefficiencies of commercial air travel. Recognizing that time was their most valuable asset, he sought a better, more reliable way to travel. Joe built the company with the mission of helping people save time, stay safe, and enjoy the freedom of personalized air travel. Today, he is proud of what they’ve created and remains committed to offering an experience that prioritizes convenience, safety, and enjoyment for every client.

Ryan has played a key role in the growth and operational development of Freedom Air Services, helping guide the company through a period of rapid expansion across charter operations, fleet growth, and client services. Under his leadership, Freedom Air has seen significant increases in flight activity and retail bookings while continuing to strengthen its reputation for professionalism, safety, and reliability.
With a strong focus on operational excellence, Ryan has helped build a culture centered around teamwork, flexibility, and high standards across both flight operations and maintenance. He has overseen the expansion of the company’s leadership structure, the continued growth of the fleet, and the advancement of Freedom Air’s maintenance capabilities, including Epic warranty support and progressive maintenance programs.
Passionate about building a company that values both its people and its clients, Ryan continues to lead Freedom Air into its next phase of growth, including expansion into the jet market and new operational bases across North America.

As Owner and CEO of a company specializing in high-quality PCBA boards for innovative industries, she understands the critical intersection of finance, operations, and technology.
Before joining Freedom Air, Beth built her career as a CFO, playing a key role in shaping financial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and applying critical thinking to complex business challenges. At Freedom Air, she focuses on leveraging financial insight to drive innovation, strengthen profitability, and support the company’s continued expansion in a competitive marketplace.

As Operations Manager at Freedom Air Services, Alyssa plays a key role in ensuring the daily functions of the company run smoothly and efficiently. Though she began her career outside the aviation industry, her time at Freedom Air has sparked a deep appreciation and growing expertise in the field. Each day brings new challenges, and with them, new opportunities to learn and contribute.
A proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Alyssa holds a degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems, Human Resources, and Business Analytics. This unique combination of skills brings a valuable perspective to the team—balancing people, data, and operations to help move the company forward.
